Frank Anderson and Tammy Nelson – IFS-Informed Sex And Couples Therapy
Sex is a key part of your clients’ lives — and they want to talk about it!
But most therapists don’t feel equipped to navigate the complexities of intimacy issues, sexual ruptures, and sexual identity…
…so they avoid it — and miss critical opportunities for growth and healing.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy has become one of the field’s most popular approaches for addressing complex clinical challenges.
And now, for the first time ever, IFS is being combined with cutting-edge sex therapy — to give therapists a powerful framework that works directly with the parts that carry the wounds and shame around sex and sexuality…
…so you can help their clients experience deeper intimacy, pleasure, and authenticity.
In this groundbreaking new course, Tammy Nelson, PhD — renowned sexologist and leading relationship expert — teams up with one of the field’s premier IFS trainers, Frank Anderson, MD…
…to show you exactly how to integrate proven tools from sex and couples therapy with the transformative power of IFS…
…so you can confidently guide your clients through even the most challenging sexual struggles.
