Dave is afraid to talk to Kathy about his concerns and so they build up. Kathy is losing patience and trust in Dave. Love carefully and adeptly helps Dave communicate fears and requests to Kathy, and patiently helps Kathy reflect them back correctly. The couple leaves the session optimistic, with new tools to communicate their difficulties, and insight into unique ways they can demonstrate their love for each other.
